This beautiful light roast highlights the fruitiness which most microlots wish they could achieve! This juicy coffee smacks of berries, blood orange with hints of chocolate alongside.
ORIGIN OF BEAN
Finca Canaveral is a small, twenty hectare farm in the Tierra Colorada area of Montecillos in Las Paz. it is owned by local entrepreneur Luis Fernando Oritz. Oritz also has bananas planted throughout the farm, but the majority of the land is used exclusively for coffee production. Coffees from Finca Canaveral are all dried of patios and processed both as natural and washed. Annually, Finca Canaveral produces only 24,000 kgs of of coffee.
This microlot is currently only being offered as whole bean.
