FLAVOR DESCRIPTION
The dark Brazil is a particular one. With a moderate-thin mouthfeel, it is a distinct cup of coffee. Darker tastes of bakers chocolate, raisins, prune, orange bitters, and cola are found in the cup. Bitter aspects counter some of the sweet and challenges the taster.
ORIGIN OF BEAN
Brazil is the largest producer of coffee, accounting for almost one-third of all the coffee in the world. The coffee we've selected comes from the southern part of Minas Gerais, near Sao Paulo. This region is the oldest coffee growing region in Brazil, famous for its deep red soil and sweet, full-bodied coffees.
